What is RedZone Training?
A 50-minute training session with instant intensity feedback using heart rate monitors which track intensity so you can maximize your results. These sessions are designed to take clients through a progression of skill and intensity that will result in the best and quickest personal results.

What does RedZone Training look like?
A large group training (maximum 10 people) with each session developed by master personal trainers and coached by experienced certified personal trainers. A team of profesionals dedicated to helping you personally meet your fitness goals. The training will consist of a variety of styles from HIIT, Kickboxing, Kettlebells to a mixture of all that and more.
The RedZone Commitment
is about more than just the one hour training session. We know you have 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week. That is a lot of time outside of the club that you can undo all the good you have done with your training sessions, so we want to help give you the support you need to get the results you want.
|Must sign up for a minimum of 2 months and hold yourself accountable by getting in your allotted sessions before the end of the month. Consistency is key!|
